Hi. My name is A.J. Messer. I'm the owner of Kill it Quick Studios and The Costume Crypt as well as the creator of "Carbon Dating!", "The Biohazard", and more.
Ever since I was a kid, I was fascinated by movies, and I loved to draw and paint. As the years went by, my talent evolved, and I started venturing into digital arts, animating, writing, directing, editing, costume design, set design, special effects makeup, prop building, music writing, etc. Creating is in my blood and it's what I was meant to do. So I finally decided to establish Kill it Quick Studios. Its purpose is to bring all of the necessary resources and talented people together to make good quality entertainment from conception to completion. That includes everything such as motion pictures, videos, series, audio recordings, books, and graphic arts like posters. I've taken various courses such as Set Etiquette and Protocols from Grant MacEwan University in conjunction with I.A.T.S.E. (International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees) Local 210, learned from celebrities and legends in the industry, and continue to learn and study on a daily basis. But, for me, that's not enough. I also want to help others grow and master their craft and skills as well. That's why I'm working hard to grow and improve our little studio to allow my talented team access to equipment they would otherwise not be able to use and to give them the resources, equipment, and training they want and deserve so they can perfect their skills. I love watching artists grow and create, and if I can help them do that, then I truly believe we'll achieve our common goal of creating amazing productions. Finally, my husband Mike has been an amazing partner when it comes to my work. His incredible support and talent has made everything we've done together all the more magical and satisfying.
